Frequently Asked Questions
Here are the common questions people have about foam parties…
What do you need from me?
Not much! We bring all of our own equipment, including our Foam Daddy foam cannon, safety barricades, professional PA system, and more. We only need three things from you:
- A level area roughly 20 feet by 10 feet. This can be grass, a driveway, a parking lot, or any safe location.
- An outdoor water spigot within 50 feet of the foam party area
- A grounded electrical outlet within 50 feet of the foam zone
That’s it!
What if it rains during our foam party?
Light rain is okay. But anything harder than a sprinkle means we have to shut down our equipment for safety reasons. And rain would flatten the foam anyway. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather in the days leading up to our foam party. If the weather looks like rain might spoil the fun, contact us right away. We’ll work with you to reschedule it to a different date.
Will guests get wet?
Yes! How wet they get depends on how long they stay in the foam. Some kids like dashing in and out of the foam. Others plop themselves in the foam and don’t come out until we shut down the equipment!
We recommend guests bring towels and swimwear to the foam party. While they won’t get drenched, they will certainly be more comfortable in bathing attire!
Will the foam damage my grass?
Nope! Foam on grass is the same as water on grass. There are no harsh or damaging chemicals in our Foam Daddy foam solution.
How long does cleanup take?
Cleanup after our foam party is effortless! Within minutes after we shut down the equipment, the foam ‘goes away’ on its own. Foam is simply millions of bubbles stuck together, and bubbles never last long.
If the foam party is on a parking lot, driveway, or other paved area, a quick spray with a hose will clear out any leftover foam quickly and easily. If you want your operator to do it, just let us know.:-)
